Membership
Come along and join the fun at the Barbados Cruising Club. We're a totally inclusive club, welcoming novices and experienced sailors alike. If you're not a sailor, but are interested in enjoying the golden sands and clear waters of Carlisle Bay and the great social activities held regularly at the club, there's plenty of room for you too!
Members have access to all club facilities and the ability to keep (subject to space availability) boats, equipment and trailers on site.
There are beach front washrooms with lockers and showers, and a locked 'wet' storage area. If you fancy a laze on the beach, we've plenty of loungers for you to use.
Our club house bar and restaurant, Dippers has uninterrupted views over historic Carlisle Bay. Recently refurbished, it's the perfect place to relax, unwind and sip a cocktail while watching the sunset. The club house offers complimentary WiFi internet. Members also have the ability to use the club house for their own private parties, meetings and functions at no charge, subject to availability. Dippers is host to a regular programme of social events. There's something for everybody.
The club owns 4 sailing dinghies and 5 kayaks, all available for members use. Use of the sailing dinghies does require a sailing competency test to be completed, for our safety and yours. Click here to find out more.
A range of local businesses offer discounts to Cruising Club members, on presentation of a valid membership card. Whether you're a sailor, socialising or keeping up with news worldwide, there's something to tempt you.
